RENTAL TIME OF VENUE: is for 6 hours for non weddings (See Wedding Rates Below). Hours over the 6 hours given, is  charged at $125 per hour needed.

Rental rate includes Gold Chivalry Chairs, Twelve (12) 60-inch round tables, 12 8ft Rectangular tables, Prep kitchen. Set-up and breakdown of tables/chairs.

A 30% of the invoice total, non-refundable booking deposit is required to book the event. The rental balance is due one month before the event and a $300 cash damage deposit is due 2 weeks prior to your event. Upgrades are available AT ADDITIONAL COST.

Monday-Sunday Non – Wedding Rental Rate 9am – 12pm: $600 (When booking 9am-12pm hours on Friday, Saturday and Sundays Guest out by 12pm and clean out by 1pm.)

Friday-Sunday Non-Wedding Rental Rates from 4pm-12pm: Guest out by 12am clean out by 1am $875

Kiddie Parties ages 1-12 $600 from 9am-6pm on any given day (Guest out by 5pm, Clean out by 6pm)

Hourly Rates Monday-Thursday for $125 per hour with a 2-hour minimum.

No Hourly Rates Friday-Sunday

Early Set Up Fee – Day of Event Early entry from 6:00am to 9:00am is $50 per hour.

Prep Kitchen includes prep tables, food warmer, sink and Refrigerator. No cooking, frying or grilling is allowed inside or outside the building. All food must come prepared and can be placed inside of the warmer.

*We also have a list of Vendors for any Rental items,
decorators, DJs, Caters, etc.*

Wedding Rate is for a Full day ONLY from 7am until 12pm- $1,850 flat rate. (Guest out by 12am and clean out by 1am). If you are having the Wedding and Reception on site and you need the day before for decorating and rehearsal, then an additional $550 must be added to be able to reserve both days. Entry to set-up/rehearsal on the day before the Wedding  hours are from 3:00 pm until 10:00 pm.

2 Day Wedding package for $2,400.

If cleaning is needed there is a fee of $250 added to your rental rate* for Indoor and Parking lot.

The Damage Deposit will be refunded within two (2) business days provided there is no damage to the venue (indoor or outdoor), walls, restroom, furniture, appliances, equipment, rental items, linen, no smoke residue/damage, accurate count of rented items and all trash removed from the venue interior and exterior (including parking lots). Additionally, more charges could apply if any damage is beyond the amount of deposit that is initially paid for the damage deposit to cover those repairs.

No alcoholic beverages can be sold but they can be served. No bottled Beer is to be served, Only Can or Keg Beer. No bottles can be brought in by guests. Only licensed/certified Bartenders with a permit for the day of your event are allowed to serve alcohol. We have a list of Bartenders if needed.

No Smoking permitted inside the venue.

If it is discovered that your booked event is a party for profit (i.e., tickets sold for entry), your event will be cancelled, and the booking deposit and all monies paid to date will be forfeited.

If it is found that you are charging a fee for entry and have alcohol, you will be liable for any charges or disturbances that may occur. You will also forfeit any damage deposit paid.

ALL GUEST MUST BE ON THE INSIDE OF BUILDING. NO OUTSIDE LOTTERING WILL BE PERMITTED

All deposits are non-refundable regardless of cancellation.
